We can not accept refunds unless we sent you the wrong size, item, or in any other way made an error with your order.

Returns

Because every item is made to order, we can not accept returns unless we sent you the wrong size, item, or in any other way made an error with your order. It is important that you refer to the sizing charts provided to be sure your desired product will fit you correctly. To inquire about a return or exchange for an erroneous order email us with your order number, reason for your return and any pertaining pictures of your order to: orders@doingthingsmedia.com

Shipping

Once an order is fulfilled & collected by USPS, it is out of our control. If the package appears as delivered, but you did not in fact receive the items, please file a claim with your local post office. The results of your claim will determine the results of your order. 
We can ship to virtually any address in the world
Doing Things Media is not responsible for import excise taxes, customs duties nor VATs for purchases placed outside of the United States and her territories. 
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. (An average order takes 7 business days to process and 2-5 to ship domestically)
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. Shipping charges are subject to change at any time without notice.
